Is the K9000 Coin-Op Self Serve Dog Wash Profitable?

Our client, Do-It-Yourself Dog Wash, in Midland, TX who has 1 K9000 dog wash in their store is doing over 30 washes on a single Saturday with a line out of the door! Combined with 10 washes on various days of the week, they are bringing in $2000 per month in revenue. And they really need a 2nd unit to support this demand since some pet owners don't necessarily want to wait in line.

All this during a recession!? Great job Do-It-Yourself Dog Wash!

The right location + the right awareness = PROFITABILITY!

  1. I was one of the thirty on Saturday.

The Midland location has been an awesome tool for our family.

We field trial our German Shorthairs, Zack and Zanna. You can see them at our Sounding Forth blog. After a field trial, we go to the Do It Yourself Dog Wash in Midland, even before we take our dogs home.

    (1) Our dogs get dirty hunting in the sand that is prevalent in West Texas.

    (2) Sand is a breeding ground for fleas and ticks, and this is the main reason we utilize your service.
We don't want to bring fleas and ticks into our house, which is in town.

    (3) At a field trial, our dogs are in close proximity with other dogs, most of whom are not house dogs. Our dogs are house dogs as well as hunting dogs.

    (4) We treat our dogs for fleas and ticks on a monthly basis, but your dog wash gives us additional protection with the flea and tick rinse.

    (5) Though we're usually tired after trials, an extra 10 minutes is so worth our peace of mind - and our dogs feel better when they're clean.

(I know because they told me so! ;))

Thanks for everything...and can I put another franchise in another town? I'm HOOKED!
